The Beginnings - Idea and Inspiration

The vision was clear: to create a high-quality, affordable Glashütte watch that meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality – made in Glashütte and Made in Germany. This is our interpretation of contemporary watchmaking – a project we pursue with conviction and dedication.

The Implementation - What makes us different

We are very traditional when it comes to watches. However, our approach deliberately breaks with traditional sales models: instead of going through middlemen and jewelers, we focus on direct sales to the end customer.

OUR APPROACH - Your advantage

This has the advantage that we can control the price structure ourselves and offer our customers the watch at a price that is unique. While with many brands, due to their business structure, only a fraction of the purchase price reflects the actual production value of the watch, with us a large part of the price goes directly into the production of the individual watch. We save ourselves the additional high costs for sales and marketing, which would make the watch three times more expensive to sell.

Made in Glashütte

Glashütte in Saxony is the heart of German watchmaking. Watches have been made there since 1845, combining tradition with quality recognised around the world. The name “Glashütte” on the dial is something special, which is why its use is strictly regulated. As a Glashütte watch manufacturer, we comply with the strict requirements of the Glashütte Ordinance. This means that the majority of the value creation must take place in Glashütte. In particular, this includes assembling and starting the movement, regulating it, fitting the dial, setting the hands and casing the movement. Only when these requirements are met may “Glashütte” appear on the dial.

Direct from the manufacturer

Traditional watchmaking in Glashütte is a complex process. Highly qualified specialists craft each watch individually at their workbenches. This work has its price, and it is not where we choose to cut costs. To keep a watch from Glashütte affordable for more people, we reduce costs where they do not affect the quality of the watch: advertising, our own retail stores and distribution through intermediaries. You can buy your Glashütte watch directly from us. This gives you a mechanical luxury watch from Glashütte with high quality and a substantial depth of manufacture at a significantly more accessible price. Without the markup added by intermediaries, you benefit from direct and transparent pricing – without compromising craftsmanship, materials or precision.
