Estimated workshop processing time: approximately four weeks.

This period includes servicing or the repair, final inspection and handover for return shipping; transit time is additional. The estimate runs from receipt of your watch and, for paid services, once you have also commissioned the work and instructed any agreed advance payment. After inspecting your watch, we will let you know the estimated return dispatch date.

We handle statutory defect claims and claims under our manufacturer's guarantee within a reasonable period, taking account of the circumstances, from the time you notify us of the defect and without significant inconvenience to you. Four weeks is a planning estimate; it does not establish a minimum waiting period or extend statutory or agreed deadlines.
